Job Overview

At MRBL Management, we seek a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our residential properties. This critical role ensures a safe and efficient living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of buildings and mechanical systems, ensuring operational effectiveness and adhering to industry standards.
  • Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair, troubleshooting issues to determine necessary repairs.
  • Plan repair work using building blueprints or equipment manuals as needed, collaborating with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion.
  • Clean and maintain facilities, performing routine maintenance on building systems.
  • Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance, managing budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Utilize online systems to record maintenance issues, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or similar roles, with strong knowledge of building systems and mechanical operations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience working with maintenance management software.
  • Knowledge of general carpentry and repair, with the ability to use hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing maintenance staff and delegating tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
