Customer Service Lead Role at Burlington

As a Customer Service Lead at Burlington, you will be responsible for:

Directing cashier coverage and customer flow at the front of lines to ensure efficient service.

Assisting the management team in communicating promotions and company updates.

Monitoring and validating returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids, and other transactions.

Supporting training for team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
