Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

 

About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can lead our land surveying team. As a Senior Land Surveying Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of land surveyors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with industry standards and company policies.

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in a leadership or management position.
  • Strong technical knowledge of land surveying principles, methods, and software, including AutoCAD and Carlson Software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
