Job Overview

As a Business Development Representative at T-Mobile, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative business outcomes for Fortune 1000 companies. Your primary responsibility will be to develop customer relationships, sell products and services, and prospect for new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the Fortune 1000 sector, as well as the ability to employ solution-based selling to cultivate meaningful partnerships and achieve significant business impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Engagement: Deeply understand the needs of Fortune 1000 businesses and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• New Logo Acquisition: Actively pursue and acquire new enterprise logos, growing T-Mobile's footprint within the Fortune 1000 sector.
• Sales Excellence: Apply advanced sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools to drive sales efficiency and engagement with C-level executives.
• Leadership and Analytics: Take a proactive leadership stance in leading the sales funnel, generating insightful analytics, and accurate sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborative Integration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience and align all efforts to achieve successful business outcomes.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of Acquisition sales experience and a demonstrated history of achievements in a commissioned environment.
• 2-4 years of Technology or wireless Sales experience with Fortune 1000 companies in the Region.
• Strong sales, account management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
