We are seeking an exceptional Claims Coordinator for a Plaintiff Personal Injury firm in Beverly Hills. The role involves managing a case load of approximately 75-80 cases, with responsibilities including regular client communication, assisting clients with scheduling medical treatment and vehicle repairs, as well as administering and coordinating medical care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of cases and collecting necessary legal documents. A minimum of 2 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience is required, along with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and strong communication skills.

Our ideal candidate has excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should be able to prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $25 - $33 per hour, depending on experience.
