$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.



Job Description



As a Hotel Maintenance Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:




  • Removing dirty linen from assigned carts and closets/storage, and transporting it to the laundry
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of supply areas, including service landing areas, supply closets, public areas, and removing trash
  • Cleaning public areas, such as floors, elevator tracks, and furniture
  • Responding to guest requests for housekeeping supplies
  • Stocking and restocking supplies, and working in the laundry room to ensure proper sorting and handling of clean and dirty linens
  • Reporting needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisors
  • Assisting with deep cleaning projects and other duties as directed
  • Transporting guests to and from the airport in a hotel van
  • Maintaining the van's cleanliness, maintenance, and fueling
  • Keeeping the porte cochere free of debris and ensuring trashcans are emptied daily
