Job Summary

As a Digital Practice Leader, you'll play a critical role in shaping our digital delivery strategy and ensuring that our projects are executed with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and guidance to Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists
  • Manage the digital model environment and deliverables at the project level
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP)
  • Execute digital deliverables and support production teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor model health and coordination processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and expertise

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of digital design and 5 years of digital delivery experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of discipline relations and operations
  • Advanced skillset in 3D design software and document management infrastructure
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
