Sales Development Representative

Base Salary: $50,000 per year
Potential Bonus: Up to $50,000 per year
Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and setting up meetings with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct cold calls and send personalized emails to potential clients to generate new business leads.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria and determine their potential fit for our products/services.
- Meeting Setup: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand target markets, refine messaging, and develop effective outreach strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on individual performance metrics and sales activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively address potential client needs.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role preferred but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Persistence: Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection while remaining motivated.
- Organization: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Base Salary: $50,000 per year.
- Bonus Potential: Up to an additional $50,000 per year based on performance.
