Automobile Sales Specialist

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service: Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership, promoting Twin State Ford's products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Vehicle Demonstrations: Demonstrate features and options on all vehicles in inventory, providing valuable insights to potential buyers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service and finance departments to ensure seamless transitions and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Vehicle Delivery: Perform vehicle delivery for buyers after a purchase has been completed, guaranteeing a smooth handover process.
- Customer Follow-up: Routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
