Executive Chef

Holden Nursing Home Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality healthcare services, committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our residents and staff. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our Dining Services Team on the 10:30pm-7:00am shift.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef to prepare nutritional meals for our residents in a safe and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of institutional cooking experience and be able to supervise and work cooperatively with others.

• Prepares all food according to standardized recipes and ensures proper preparation, portioning, and serving of food.
• Works closely with the Food Service Supervisor and Dietitian to meet the nutritional needs of our residents.
• Responsible for meeting designated meal schedules and creating meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English at a 10th-grade level.
• At least one year of institutional cooking experience.
