Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ambulatory Care Nurse to join our team at Overlake Hospital Medical Center. As a key member of our OB-GYN Clinic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice.
  • Provide daily direction to non-provider clinical staff and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying their unique needs and developing individualized care plans to address their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Washington required; current Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
  • Prefer a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting or inpatient experience in med-surg.
