ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an ABA Therapist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a center-based and home setting.

• Manage a caseload of 6-8 clients, providing individualized therapy sessions and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy.
• Provide parent coaching and support to enhance the overall well-being of our clients.
• Utilize evidence-based methods, such as ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp, to drive exceptional outcomes.

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• New BCBAs are encouraged to apply and receive mentorship and support for growth and development.

• Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually.
