As a LPN with Enhabit, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians' orders. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives and be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Adhere to physicians' orders and medical protocols

Qualifications:

  • Valid state driver's license
  • Automobile liability insurance
  • Dependable transportation in good working condition
  • Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
