Compensation: $17.50/hourly, plus sales bonus incentives and a $4,000 sign-on bonus

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Kocolene Development in Shelbyville. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for all day-to-day activities, including hiring, ordering, inventory control, and sales. You will also have the opportunity to become an owner of our employee-owned company, which has been in operation for over 85 years.
