Job Description

This role involves overseeing daily operations in the Emergency Department, ensuring efficient and effective patient care. You will lead and manage the nursing staff, develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Current RN license in the state of Washington.
  • Previous experience in a Tertiary Care facility and 2 years of nursing leadership.
  • Certification in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Certification as a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are required.
