Cashier Associate

Job Summary:

Sportsman's Warehouse is seeking a highly skilled Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, checkout areas, and stockroom.
• Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting down the till and performing end-of-shift tasks.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
