Portland Therapist Opportunities with Competitive Pay and Benefits

At Mindful Mental and Behavioral Health PLLC, we offer a collaborative environment for licensed therapists to provide top-notch care to our clients. As a part-time or full-time therapist, you'll have the flexibility to choose from remote or hybrid options in Portland, Oregon.
Salary Information
We offer competitive compensation packages that include:
- Fully licensed therapists: Flat rate of $72 per clinical hour for therapy follow-up sessions, including documentation time. Flat rate of $90 for therapy intake sessions, which includes documentation time.
- Associates: Flat rate of $64 per clinical hour for therapy follow-up sessions, including documentation time. Flat rate of $80 for therapy intake sessions, including documentation time.
- Compensation for no-shows at the clinical rate.
- Administrative rate of $20 per hour for required trainings and meetings.
In addition to these benefits, we provide steady client referrals to help you build and maintain your caseload. Our flexible scheduling allows you to work 4 or 5 days per week, with no weekend or evening requirements. You'll also have access to paid time off (PTO) and retirement benefits, including a 401(k) plan with up to a 4% company match after six months of employment.
Job Responsibilities
As a therapist at Mindful Mental and Behavioral Health PLLC, your duties will include conducting initial consultations, assessing client needs, creating treatment plans, and providing counseling services. You'll also be responsible for maintaining detailed confidential records in our electronic health record system. Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, be fully licensed as a therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT), and hold an active and unrestricted license in Oregon. You'll also need to reside in Oregon or Clark County, Washington, and have no disciplinary action on your record. A minimum of 20 client hours per week is required, and we offer both remote and hybrid positions.
