Job Title: High Voltage Electrician

Job Summary:
The Levy Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Electrician to work at our Charleston Mill Services location. The Electrician will perform all functions related to the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems on mobile equipment. This includes working on high voltage, AC, and DC equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Operate and inspect electrical systems and components to diagnose defects and malfunctions
• Repair and maintain electrical systems and components
• Replace faulty electrical components, including relays and switches
• Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning
• Maintain and program PLCs for automated machinery
• Requisition parts and equipment
• Maintain records and reporting

Requirements:
• Three to five years of experience as a certified electrician in a heavy industrial environment
• Knowledge of all electrical codes (NEC, NEMA, FLA, OSHA, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Knowledge of PLCs and heavy-duty drivers, including AC and DC motors
• Strong math skills
• Ability to read and write
• High school diploma or equivalent
