Job Summary
The role of a Maintenance Technician III at DC Staffing Solutions involves performing maintenance functions across multiple commercial properties, ensuring they meet ownership objectives. This position requires a diverse skill set and knowledge in various trade areas such as electricals, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.

Responsibilities
· Diagnose and repair issues related to appliances, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, and basic electrical systems.
· Complete service requests and repairs according to company procedures.
· Perform preventive maintenance tasks, building inspections, and safety assessments.
· Maintain grounds and curb appeal through snow removal, landscaping, and trash management activities.

Requirements
· 5+ years of experience or equivalent education with a strong background in facilities management standards, concepts, practices, and policies.
· Knowledge of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC, along with customer service, written communication, and oral communication skills.
· Familiarity with computers and facility software, as well as the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions
· The successful candidate will spend most of their time walking, kneeling, and standing, while occasionally using heavy machinery.
· They must also be able to identify and distinguish between colors and work outdoors for extended periods.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
