Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Mary's Home Care & Hospice. As a Contingent Home Care RN, you will provide one-to-one care to patients in their homes, utilizing cutting-edge technology and clinical knowledge to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client assessment, care planning, intervention, and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes
  • Follow physician orders and act in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirements, and our policies and procedures
  • Utilize advanced remote monitoring technology and 24/7 access to our Virtual Care Center RNs to enhance clinical excellence
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved nursing education program
  • One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse
  • Home care experience preferred but not required
