Job Title: Cafeteria Assistant--Part Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Cafeteria Assistant to join our team at Lowell Community Charter Public School. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cafeteria is safe, efficient, and pleasant environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cafeteria is ready for students
  • Keep an adequate inventory of supplies
  • Keep the cafeteria clean and safe
  • Clean tables, counters, coolers, and floors
  • Actively circulate among students to maintain a respectful and orderly environment
  • Assist students when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with adults and children
  • Work collaboratively with others

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and make good decisions
  • Must be on time for work on a daily basis
  • Ability to work independently
