We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our team at Cypress Healthcare Partners. As a key member of our medical imaging team, you will be responsible for performing basic radiology tests and overseeing the production of x-rays.

Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, you will maintain appropriate record systems, coordinate consultations with radiologists, and train other employees to perform selected x-ray tests.

Additionally, you may be required to provide x-ray tech coverage at multiple facilities within a single region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Radiology Policy and Procedure program, ensuring compliance with CDPH-RHB regulations.
  • Maintain x-ray equipment in good working order and schedule routine maintenance and calibration.
  • Practice radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patients and staff.
  • Perform all X-Ray Examinations.
  • Assist in receiving and discharging patients.
  • Maintain adequate supply of x-ray supplies and materials.
  • Generate CD copies of exams and sterilize equipment.
  • Answer phones and make callbacks as instructed.
  • Maintain designated par levels for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
  • Clean treatment areas between patient exams.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from a state certified Radiology Technology program.
  • Prior experience in a medical clinic setting as an x-ray technologist is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Basic Computer skills including Microsoft office and Internet Explorer.

  • Valid Certificates Required:
    • CRT: (CA) Certified Radiologic Technologist
    • ARRT: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
    • CPR: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
