Sales Consultant

ComServe Corporation is a premium retailer for Verizon Wireless, the nation's leading wireless service provider. Our goal is to provide a best-in-class customer experience and we're looking for dedicated, energetic, ambitious individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of up to $30/hr. or more, plus uncapped commission and bonuses. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

• Positioning cellular devices, services, and accessories
• Providing information about wireless products and services
• Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns
• Notating and updating customer profiles based on interactions
• Building and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Superior customer service skills, with a bonus for wireless or commissioned sales experience
• The ability to learn and implement an ethical sales approach
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• A flexible work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
