Job Summary:

Structural Group is seeking a skilled Foreman to lead construction crews in the repair and maintenance of commercial and industrial structures. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising field crews, estimating labor requirements, and ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • On-site supervision of field crews
  • Estimating labor requirements and developing crew schedules
  • Completing daily field reports and ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications
  • Ensuring crews are operating tools and equipment in a safe and productive manner
  • Assisting Project Managers in evaluating production rates

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in general construction with at least 2 years in a Leadman or similar position
  • Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontract oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and execute construction drawings and contract specifications
  • Established commitment to safety
  • Proven experience in producing look-ahead schedules and working with construction documents
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers, crews, and project teams
