We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at Penn State Health, serving patients and communities across 29 counties of Pennsylvania.

About the Role

This full-time position is available for an Outpatient Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist with a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from a CAA accredited program. The ideal candidate will possess a Pennsylvania License in Speech Therapy or be a Clinical Fellowship Year candidate having fully met the credentials to begin their Clinical Fellowship Year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating assigned patients and developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' speech, language, and communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
