Capstone Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Load and unload freight by hand and with equipment
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of warehouse or material handling experience
* Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
