Job Summary

The Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Specialties team. As an Ambulatory Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient-centered assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide evidence-based ambulatory care nursing interventions during clinical visits, telephone encounters, and electronic communications
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently, adhering to CHA standards and regulations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in ambulatory care nursing
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN preferred
  • Current MA RN licensure and American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS certification
  • Experience working as an RN in an ambulatory setting, with infusion room experience required and IV experience preferred
  • Chemotherapy and certification preferred, with ability to speak a second language a plus
