Day-to-Day Life at Custom Home Health Inc

As a Speech Language Pathologist at Custom Home Health Inc, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide personalized care to our community of recovering patients, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow personalized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on continuing care and improving day-to-day life, including therapy, exercise, and treatments.
  • Coordinate and perform medical treatments to enhance patient well-being and overall health.

What We're Looking For
  • Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the State of Michigan (required).
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
  • Master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology.
  • Licensed driver with a well-maintained automobile.
  • Current CPR certification.
