Affinity Dental Management is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our esteemed practice in Cromwell, Connecticut. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care while advancing your career in a supportive and empowering environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive exams and evaluate x-rays to assess oral health
- Design personalized treatment plans catering to varied dental health concerns
- Advise and educate patients on best oral care practices
- Provide a range of general dental services, from cleaning to cavity fillings
- Collaborate with and refer to our network of specialists as required
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- 1+ year of experience in dental practice
- Valid CT state dentistry license
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
