Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CVR Clerk/Entry-level Accounting Clerk to join our team at Herb Chambers Jaguar Land Rover Boston.

Job Description
  • Vehicle Registration Processing: Accurately process in-state registrations through CVR in accordance with state regulations, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Title Preparation: Prepare necessary documents for out-of-state registrations, maintaining accurate records and lists of title status.
  • Purchase and Inventory Management: Process pre-owned purchases, enter new and used inventory, and manage wholesales efficiently.
  • Lien Resolution and Record Keeping: Pay off liens, track titles, and maintain organized records of all vehicle registration transactions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide additional support as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of our department.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • CVR Certification: Must be certified in CVR processing.
  • Automotive Experience: Previous experience in automotive accounting is beneficial.
  • Skillset: Excellent follow-through, time management, customer service, and communication skills, along with strong attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid training, paid time off, paid vacation, and holiday pay.
