Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $180,000 to $200,000 per year, reflecting the market value of your expertise in commercial real estate and business development.

About the Role

As a Coach of Broker Performance, you will play a pivotal role in the Colliers Acceleration Program. Your primary responsibility will be to guide new-to-industry commercial real estate brokers as they develop the skills and strategies necessary for success in business development, client management, and deal execution. This position involves facilitating specialized sales training, providing individualized performance coaching, and supporting brokers in business planning and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Work one-on-one with new-to-industry brokers to strengthen their understanding of the commercial real estate market, trends, and business dynamics
* Coach brokers on business development strategies, including prospecting strategies, networking, and client relationship management
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing to the ongoing development of the Colliers Acceleration Program and Broker Development Training roadmap
* Liaise with Brokerage Leaders, stakeholders, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to align training initiatives with overall platform goals
* Create engaging and effective training content, including presentations, materials, e-learning, and other tools & resources
* Be a key contributor to the strategic planning of the Acceleration Program and other Producer Development initiatives
* Generate and present regular reports on the impact and ROI of training and partner with Talent Acquisition to amplify employer brand strategy

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Proven experience in coaching, training, or sales management in commercial real estate
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate principles, business development, and client management
  • Proven experience making strategic decisions and translating talent initiatives into measurable business impact
  • Strong collaborative and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across levels and functions
  • Developed organizational, time management, and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful

Bonus Skills and Experience

Apart from the core requirements, it's beneficial to have:
  • Familiarity with Workday (HRIS)
  • Experience in commercial real estate, talent management and development, early careers, training and coaching is preferred
