Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Dependency Medical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Hoag Addiction Treatment Centers. This role will provide direct patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act to assigned patients on the Chemical Dependency Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical assessments, nursing interventions, pain management, medication administrations, specimen collection, meeting nutritional needs, and teaching and discharge needs of patients assigned.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines of the health care team to ensure the delivery of safe, timely, and appropriate quality patient care.
  • Evaluate and adjust the nursing care process as necessary with consultation as needed and confers with the appropriate resource personnel when making ethical/legal/medical dilemma decisions.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse in the State of California - Current and in good standing.
  • Current BLS certification (through American Heart Association).

About Our Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $47,840.00 - $74,170.00 per hour, actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.
