**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Ressler Motors. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support when bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repairs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their experience.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers to determine the nature of mechanical problems and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
  • Repair Orders: Develop and manage repair orders to ensure all necessary work is completed and that customers are informed of progress and completion dates.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with technicians and dispatch to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver License
  • Knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
  • Two years of experience in a dealership position preferred
