Job Summary
We are currently hiring for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position. As a PTA, you will work closely with our physical therapists to provide rehabilitation services to patients. This role requires strong communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatments administered
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
• Associate degree or certificate in Physical Therapy Assisting or related field
• Completion of a state-approved Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
