Are you a skilled CDL-A OTR truck driver looking for a challenging and rewarding career? Heartland Express offers a range of opportunities to suit your needs, with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $65,000 and $109,133 per year, depending on experience and performance. With our scheduled wage increases, you can earn up to 20 years' worth of raises.

We also offer a $250 bonus after completing your third load, as well as a $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver you refer.

About the Role

As a CDL-A OTR truck driver with Heartland Express, you'll have the freedom to choose from a variety of routes and schedules that fit your lifestyle. You'll drive the latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors, with newly updated and remodeled terminal facilities available throughout the country.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you'll need:

  • A Class A CDL
  • At least six months of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last year (training available)
  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a safety-first attitude with a proven driving record
