Domestic Violence Program Manager

Consejo Counseling and Referral Service is seeking a highly skilled Domestic Violence Supervisor to lead our domestic violence programs in the South Park location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social services, behavioral health, and domestic violence prevention.
The Domestic Violence Supervisor will be responsible for providing direct client services, including safety planning, needs assessments, and intervention for victims of domestic violence. They will also oversee the administrative day-to-day operations, including grant management, for all domestic violence contracts and services.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and community partners. They will also have a strong understanding of the complexities of domestic violence and its impact on individuals and communities.
The Domestic Violence Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Conducting behavioral health screenings for domestic violence clients in need of behavioral health services.
- Conducting community outreach and education, including presentations and participation in community events.
- Developing and implementing programs to promote healthy relationships and prevent domestic violence.
- Collaborating with community partners to provide comprehensive services to domestic violence survivors.
- Providing individual and group support to domestic violence survivors, including crisis intervention and safety planning.
- Assisting with grant writing and reporting, as well as program evaluation and development.
The Domestic Violence Supervisor will work closely with the Domestic Violence Manager to ensure the effective delivery of domestic violence services. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, as well as participating in regular meetings and training sessions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in domestic violence prevention and intervention. They will also have a strong understanding of the complexities of domestic violence and its impact on individuals and communities.
The salary for this position is $67,724.80 - $72,800 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
