Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Stroke Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing stroke-related programs and services across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare quality.

About the Role:
The Stroke Program Coordinator will play a critical role in developing and implementing evidence-based practices to improve stroke care and outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating and facilitating stroke-related education and training programs for hospital staff;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with community partners and stakeholders to advance stroke prevention and treatment efforts;
  • Assisting with data collection and analysis to inform quality improvement initiatives;
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care pathways;
  • Providing technical assistance and support to healthcare providers and organizations to enhance stroke care and outcomes.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare, preferably in a leadership or coordination role;
  • Proven expertise in stroke care and program development;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location:
