We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Hospitalist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a member of our cardiology department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our program.


About Our Department


Methodist Healthcare System is the largest provider of healthcare in South and Central Texas, with over 90 cardiology physicians and 25 cath labs. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including chest pain centers, heart failure clinics, and interventional cardiology.


Job Summary


This is an exciting opportunity to join our established cardiology hospitalist program, which offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional patient care as a cardiology hospitalist, working closely with our team of cardiologists and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our cardiology program, participating in quality improvement initiatives and developing new clinical programs.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and optimal outcomes.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A board certification or eligibility in cardiology.
  • Completion of a cardiology fellowship program.
  • Eligibility for licensure in Texas.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
