Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Torrisi. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
- Cooking menu items in collaboration with the kitchen staff
- Following executive or sous chef's instructions and maintaining a clean and organized workstation
To be successful as a Line Cook at Major Food Group LLC, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume and fine dining restaurants
- Culinary diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
