At CC Consultants, we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to fill the role of Senior Brand Marketing Specialist. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for growth and development in the field of brand marketing.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and dynamic professional who is passionate about delivering personalized marketing support to territories in the local area through targeted product and service recommendations. As our ideal candidate, you will analyze and provide brand strategy recommendations based on your experiences with consumer interactions in a designated target market.

Responsibilities
  • You will act as a liaison between the customer and the client to increase brand exposure, meet sales goals, and establish open communication channels.
  • You will interact face-to-face with consumers, maintaining professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times.
  • You will assist in managing the Brand Marketing team's performance and facilitate new promotional materials and branding strategies to execute for campaigns.
  • You will manage daily orientation schedules to ensure proper materials are available for upper-level management and training needs are fulfilled.
  • You will deliver brand direct presentations to potential new customers.
  • You will explain why our clients' brands are superior to consumers in order to close sales and drive revenue.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, customer support, sales, or branding is necessary.
  • You must be friendly, approachable, and willing to work a full-time schedule.
  • You must have an open student mentality and be self-driven.
  • You must be open to working on performance and merit-based promotions and growth opportunities.
  • You must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
