RV Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in automotive or home sales is an asset, but not required.

• Meet and exceed sales targets by selling new and used RVs to customers.
• Provide detailed and accurate product knowledge to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing outstanding customer service and follow-up support.
• Work closely with our F&I department to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.

• A competitive estimated salary of $94,560 per year, based on average sales performance and industry standards.
• Paid training for the first four weeks, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
