  • Hospital Employed with a Home Base in Dover and Satellite locations in Milford Campus & ASC
  • 6 Days of Trauma Call Per Month or OR Block Time in Both Hospitals

The ideal candidate will have a Fellowship in Trauma and be committed to assisting with the growth of the trauma programs. In return, they can expect a competitive compensation package including:

Estimated Annual Salary: $400,000 - $600,000

A fixed base salary, wRVU (work Relative Value Units), and Quality Bonus structure. Additionally, a Sign On Bonus, Relocation Stipend, and Comprehensive Benefits Package are offered. The company also matches 401K/403B plans and offers PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) qualified benefits.
