Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes
  • Lead and direct the nursing team to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and safety
  • Develop and manage budgets to support nursing operations and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing leadership and patient care
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
  • Current Florida Nursing License and ACLS/BLS certification required
  • Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience, with leadership and management skills
  • Strong knowledge of advanced professional nursing practice, CQI process, and budgetary process
