Job Summary

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a Customer Service Leader to oversee the front-end and service desk operations in our Troy, NY store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-end and service desk associates, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
* Assist with special projects and initiatives, such as inventory management and visual merchandising.
* Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
