Job Summary: As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in identifying patients' clinical needs, assessing their health, and developing comprehensive care plans. You will work closely with our experienced physicians to ensure seamless patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' clinical issues and healthcare needs.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document physical findings, develop treatment plans, and establish prognoses based on patient condition and physician guidelines.
  • Evaluations and Re-evaluations: Perform regular evaluations and re-evaluations of established patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Consultations and Referrals: Refer patients to our physicians for consultation or specialized care when necessary, and discuss cases with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Pain Management: Perform pain management injections for specific diagnoses according to established protocols.
  • Prescription and Order Management: Prescribe and order diagnostics, therapeutics, medication, pain management procedures, and DME as medically indicated.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Demonstrate eagerness and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of our team, showcasing flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on various tasks and projects.
  • Cultural Alignment: Support our organization's vision and culture by actively participating in the performance improvement process and demonstrating personal commitment.
  • Ongoing Responsibilities: Perform all other duties assigned by management.
