About the Role

Bright Side Dental is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
  • Taking and relaying messages
  • Providing information to callers
  • Pulling charts and organizing patient records
  • Assisting with patient check-in and check-out
  • Verifying patient information and updating records as necessary
  • Notifying staff members of patient arrivals
  • Directing patients to the correct treatment area
  • Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries
  • Performing backup support for the Front Desk and other positions
