We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and serve as a resource in the therapy department.


Key Responsibilities:
Evaluating patient conditions and needs
Developing treatment plans to address patient needs and help them meet specific goals
Assessing patient home and/or work environments and recommending adaptations to fit patient needs and improve independence
Training patients and their caregivers to use special equipment
Assessing and documenting progress for evaluation, billing, and reporting purposes

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or related discipline
Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
Current CPR certification
One year experience in home health, acute care, or out/in-patient setting preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
