As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting the movement and growth opportunities for inbound and outbound cargo for freight forwarding customers. You'll ensure that freight is processed in compliance with governmental regulations, collaborating with vendors, customers, commercial airline carriers, ocean freightliners, and other internal support groups for the movement of international and domestic air and ocean shipments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative or technical support to ensure effective on-going operations
- Applying knowledge of established processes and procedures to execute with excellence
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements include:
- Full proficiency in a range of assignments gained through training and considerable experience
