About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Program Manager to lead our Children's Crisis Services team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our program, ensuring high-quality care and services to children in crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and services to children and families.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing and/or management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent travel to multiple locations within the Knoxville area, including hospitals, clinics, and community-based settings. The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $34.00-$42.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plan options. Generous paid time off and holiday schedule.
