Job Summary:

The Major Gifts Officer is a critical role in Habitat for Humanity Chicago's Advancement team, responsible for building and sustaining a robust major gifts program to further the organization's mission and vision.

This position requires a strong ability to cultivate relationships, develop tailored strategies, and secure five-figure gifts and above from individual donors and prospects. The successful candidate will be an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of meeting financial goals, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for the mission and vision of Habitat Chicago.
